For those of you who take the time to contact our office to inform us of a problem in the neighborhood, we recommend that you fill out the form below.
The Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection needs to hear from you, the resident or business that is being affected by the business/club causing a disturbance in our neighborhood.
We have heard from many sources that they do take these complaints seriously and if they receive more than five complaints for one (1) establishment, they will call a meeting with the problem establishment.
If you require additional information or have a question on how to fill out the form, please notify our office.
As most of you know, we have had problems with clubs in our neighborhood and highly recommend that you take action if there is any kind of disturbance in the area. We have too many fine establishments in the area that bring in people from all over the country and we do not want their reputation ruined because of a few bad clubs in the area.
