Alderman Danny Solis (25th Ward) and the West Loop Community Organization are hosting a second community meeting for the proposed development two multi-family buildings at 1050 West Van Buren and 1125 West Van Buren Street.
The 1050 West Van Buren proposal consists of a 258 foot tall building residential building with 200 units, ground floor retail and 7 parking spaces with an overall FAR of 11.5. The 1125 West Van Buren project consists of a 231 foot tall building wit 201 residential units, ground floor retail and 73 parking spaces with an overall FAR of 9.75.
Tandem Partners LLC would like to provide an update on the two projects, specificall as to construction timing and traffic related issues.
The community meeting will take place at Catalyst Ranch (656 W Randolph Street).
