Member Monday: The Learning Experience

#

The Learning Experience’s center in West Loop is the Academy’s tenth location in Illinois and is now open and enrolling! Conveniently located along I-290, the West Loop center allows for easy access into the city and meets the high demand for quality childcare in the area.

“We are excited to provide families with exceptional childcare and a comprehensive curriculum to help children learn, play, and grow.
We look forward to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the littlest citizens of West Loop and surrounding communities!”
- Nicole Royster, Center Director.

Can you tell us a little bit about your organization? What do you do?
We provide premier childcare for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children. The Learning Experience prepares children academically and socially via innovative scholastic and enrichment programs including the L.E.A.P.® curriculum, a cutting-edge proprietary approach to learning, and the Fun with Phonics program, which has 9 out of 10 of its children entering Kindergarten already reading.

Why did you decide to join the West Loop Community Organization?
We joined WLCO in order to build a connection to the community. Being new to the area, WLCO provides information about local events and other businesses so that we can connect with other members of WLCO and the community.

How do you contribute to the mantra, “Made Better” here in the West Loop?

Philanthropy Our mission is “to make a positive difference in the life of a child, their families and the communities we serve”. Visit our website each month to see what philanthropy event we are hosting. During the month of December, we are accepting donations for Cradles to Crayons.

How can people get involved with your organization?

What sets your organization apart from other similar organizations?
The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum was built on three educational and care principles: cognitive, social and physical; or as we say at TLE: “Learn, Play and Grow!”

What is the next thing for your business?
Our team is very excited to begin the planning phase for our official Grand Opening and Ribbon cutting. This event will be open to the public and provide the city of West Loop the opportunity to see what makes us unique!
