Alderman Walter Burnett (27th Ward) and West Loop Community Organization are holding a community meeting to discuss and review the proposed development at 166 N. Aberdeen.
The property owner is proposing to expand the planned development at 171 N. Aberdeen to include the property at 166 N. Aberdeen. The property owner would then develop 166 N. Aberdeen with a new twenty story mixed-use building that will contain approximately 5,000 sq ft of retail space at grade and 236 residential units above; 80 off-street garage parking spaces will be located within the building. The proposed building amenities include an outdoor pool deck, a private fitness center, a resident lounge, and a dog run.
The property owner, the project architect, and the project attorney will be present at this meeting to discuss the proposed changes in further detail.
