Community Meeting May 18th for Proposed Development at 122 S. Sangamon

Alderman Daniel Solis (25th Ward) & the West Loop Community Organization are hosting a Community Meeting to:

Discuss the proposed zoning change for the property located at 122 S. Sangamon.

112 S. Sangamon, LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for a change in zoning from DS-3 to DX-5 for the property located at 112 S. Sangamon Street, Chicago, IL 60607 (the "Subject Property").

The Applicant is the owner of the Subject Property and intends to add a fifth story with a 3,876 square foot single dwelling unit with a 1,100 square foot open-air roof deck and one parking space. The Subject Property is currently improved with a four story, 24,000 square foot office building. Aside from the addition of the fifth story with dwelling unit, the Subject Property will remain as it currently is.
