In accordance with the requirements for an Amendment to the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, specifically Section 17-13-0107, please be informed that on or about January 18, 2017 112 S. Sangamon, LLC (the “Applicant”) filed an application for a change in zoning from DS-3 to DX-5 for the property located at 112 S. Sangamon Street, Chicago, IL 60607 (the “Subject Property”).

The Applicant is the owner of the Subject Property and intends to add a fifth story with a 3,876 square foot single dwelling unit with a 1,100 square foot open air roof top deck and one parking space. The Subject Property is currently improved with a four story, 24,000 square foot office building. Aside from the addition of the fifth story with dwelling unit, the Subject Property will remain as it currently is.

The developer will present its plans and answer any

questions you may have about the project.
