ALL IN MOTION SPECIALIZES IN SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING AND CONDITIONING!

Ever wonder what it feels like to have a personal trainer? Small Group Strength Training (maximum 6 members) is a near private group that performs in the same capacity as private training. SGST is a structured, progressive program that involves lifting, pushing and pulling weights through a series of controlled body mechanics. While the current trend is high intensity metabolic conditioning, the critical component of dedicated strength work is often overlooked. SGST is necessary to take you to the next fitness level.

Our Conditioning classes are full body interval workouts that are inspired by all the latest training trends. Our daily ever-changing classes are designed to get your blood pumping and calories burning in minutes. See your performance in real time using MyZone®. Come challenge yourself with a work-out that will improve your metabolic rate, provide EPOC (“after burn”) and help you explore the athlete in you. All fitness levels are welcomed and instructors are trained to provide modifications as needed. 

At All in Motion, it is a competition, but you compete against yourself and the finish line is a healthy life!
