Mommy Month: Collaborative Workshops for Your Motherhood Journey Part 2 of 4

The Core of Pregnancy with Body Gears Physical Therapy Throughout all the changes to your body during pregnancy, your core muscles are what support you and your baby. Our Women’s Health Physical Therapists will take you through basic anatomy and function of the core muscles (did you know there are 9?), the diaphragmatic breathing technique, and the core muscle training you can do to prevent and treat symptoms during and after pregnancy.
